Immortal Romance: Is it true love?

There has been a massive hype surrounding the release of Microgaming’s Immortal Romance. This slot game is exactly like Thunderstruck 2 available at a number of online casinos.  I had to check it out for myself at 32Red Casino.

It’s uncanny how the features are clones of TS2. Players must unlock achievements by getting the many winning combinations and you’ve got 243 ways to win. There is a chamber of free spins. Each character is unlocked as you progress. The Wild Desire feature appears randomly turning up to all five reels wild. I would pass out if that happened to me. So far I’ve got two to turn wild for me. I won’t hold my breath though.

Anyway, I was all set to try this out. I deposited £20 at first. Hey, there’s nothing wrong with being hopeful. I know with TS2 it took more than £20 for anything to happen but I was thinking positive.  With a name like Immortal Romance, how bad could it be?

I started gamblingt 60 pence per spins but quickly changed it to 90. I had to deposit another £20. I changed my bet so many times I couldn’t even keep track. I did get the free spins and won £18. When I think of a bonus round, I tend to think of big wins. That was hardly enough to buy my hubby a nice Christmas gift with.

On a Mission to Find Excitement in NetEnt’s Fruit Shop

NetEnt has some really great games. They continuously surprise me with new slot game releases. The most recent that I‘ve come across is Fruit Shop. I must admit that I was disappointed to say the least. After Mama Mia and Ned and His Friends they come out with Fruit Shop?

Fruit Shop is a slot game with symbols of fruit and letters. There is a wild Fruit Shop symbol. The unique thing is that you receive free spins whenever a fruit symbol is on an active pay line. Each win during free spins awards an additional spin.

An Afternoon of Guilty Pleasures

A brand new site called Fabulous Bingo has recently launched. I like bingo but it’s gambling on the slots that really draw me in. This site features Gamesys software and they have amazing slot games.

This slot seems to be closely modeled after Double Bubble. If you’ve ever played it you are already familiar with the Bubble Line.  I actually have a difficult time determining how the darn thing works. I took a look at the Pay Table and this is what it said: The “Bubble Line” wins are awarded from the base pay table and multiplied by the “Bubble Line” multiplier. I hope that’s clear enough for some but for me I am utterly confused.

Most Hated Woman at Bingo

The siren call of bingo was in my ear this week. I had to go and take a chiance. It’s always nice to get the opportunity to go gambling outside of the online casino word. I jumped at the chance.

I bought my tickets on an electronic machine. I think I paid £18.50 which gave me three and a half books. The houses were £100 each which was good compared to the rest of the weekdays. There are days when the full house is only worth £25. I’ve made the mistake of going on those days without realizing the prizes were hardly worth it.

I was with my mother-in-law and she has schooled me on the ins and outs of bingo quite a bit. We walked around aimlessly because she tries to “feel” the luck. The table we sit at is key in her opinion. If she wins while sitting there it becomes her lucky table until the next visit when she loses.

There are several new slot games that have just been released by Microgaming. Among the new games are Throne of Egypt, Crocodopolis and Doctor Love. There are a couple of existing games that have just become available on Microgaming’s Flash Platform such as Alaskan Fishing and Kings of Cash.

I got a few emails from some Microgaming online casinos where I am registered in regards to these new games. Right away Throne of Egypt caught my eye. I absolutely love Egyptian history and themes. I had to play it and I received an email from King Neptunes Casino. They had it and my name was all over it.

I found it right away and I love the big symbols that Microgaming tends to have on their slot games.  The symbols are beautifully designed. With 25 pay lines I began gambling £2 per spin. Throne of Egypt features stacked wilds, which I love, and 2 bonus features including free spins and the bonus chamber.

I landed the free spins right away. This slot was on fire! I won £226 during that round. I couldn’t wait to see what the bonus chamber was all about. What a dream it would be to see the wilds fill my entire screen.

It had given a nice win early on but things started to go downhill.  Each spin was nothing very significant. I kept going though. I started off with £1 per spin. I wasn’t getting anywhere so I took a chance and raised my bet to £2 to see if I could do any better. Finally, a bonus! I selected the chicken farm. I was prompted to choose a chicken to reveal the eggs. The select an egg but be careful not to hatch the snake. I made it through with 3 chickens until finally the snake appeared. I did manage to win £22 during the bonus.

I was really interested in the free spins bonus. I was hoping I could win some real cash there. So far I really liked the game. If was cute and probably not the sort of thing my husband would like to play. I had some nice payouts on the reels and before I knew it I hit the bonus again. This time I visited the sheep. I had a day to myself and wanted to get out for a little while.  Where to go? It was free bingo day over at Gala so I headed over. Those Halloweenies are Hallow-meanies!

It’s October and I don’t know about you but it’s all about Halloween for me. The Halloween themed slots are awesome now. Actually they are not all specifically Halloween but they have spooky themes. Out and About

I heard that one of my favorite online casinos, Jackpot Party, has launched a brand new slot game called Chieftains. I couldn’t wait to check it out. I get emails periodically when there are specials or new games. As a slot lover, I had to get to gambling immediately.

Here’s the skinny on Chieftains. It’s 5 reels/30 pay lines with a minimum bet of 30p per spin and a max of £150 per spin. £5 per line is a little steep for me especially when I am unfamiliar with a slot game. Chieftains has an Incan warrior theme. The symbols are avocados, chili peppers, Incan masks and buildings, cocoa beans, corn, scorpions and cheetahs. Scattered Chieftain heads are considered wilds and also trigger the free spins. You can win up to 50 free spins and also have a shot at re-triggering with two additional Chieftain heads during spins.

At first glance this slot game looks very old school. It’s not what I would expect to see on a new slot release. The graphics are nothing fancy and leave quite a bit to be desired for the player. I took a few spins and was so unimpressed. I absolutely love WMS software so I opted to give Chieftains a chance.

I stuck with a bet of 90p per spin and see how it goes. I was not about to spend any more than £20 on Chieftains.
