A whacky slot has hit the gambling market. The Banzai slot game by OpenBet is hilarious to play. There’s no Mr. Miyagi here. This slot is based on a UK television show based on various challenges. It was a zany show that was nearly picked up by the Fox network but was eventually cancelled. If you loved the TV program you’ll love the slot even more. At least here your bets have value and can win you some real cash.
I played the Banzai slot game at Sky Vegas online casino. Banzai has 5 reels and 15 pay lines with a max jackpot of 50,000! The features are amazingly funny.
Here’s the low down on the features from LatestCasinoBonuses:
“The chicken wild symbol can replace any symbol apart from bonus and jackpot, you can’t miss it because it has wild stamped across the top.
There are four bonus rounds which are triggered by three or more bonus symbols, you then select at random between Lady One Question, Animal Scientific Experiment, Celebrity Box of Death Dilemma and Mr Shake Hands Man 2.
Each bonus round offers something different, Mr Shake Hands man 2 asks you to predict how long the handshake will last for. Get it right and it multiplies your winnings by two.
Lady One question is similar apart from you select the question and your winnings increase the longer the ‘celebrity’ keeps talking.
During the animal experiment round you select one of four cockroaches, it is entered into a race with the others and you are awarded a prize based on the finishing position.
Celebrity Box of Death Dilemma features Mr. Cheeky Chappie, you select different coffins at random. There are five in total, one of which contains Mr. Cheeky Chappie and the others cash. Your winnings are calculated from what you find until you discover him.
Banzai is a fantastic throw back to the mid noughties, you will love the mad capped theme, sound effects and bonus rounds. The fact you can win 2000x your stake is also a massive bonus.”
I can’t stop playing it. Give Banzai a try and let me know what you think.

Online Bingo Day!
Bingo day again but this time it was online casinos and no mother-in-law. I’m always getting no deposit coupons from Bingo Flash. Actually they send scratch cards on a regular basis. I’ve got everything from $5 to $10.I took advantage of my free bingo bucks on a few rounds of bingo. I’m actually a 90 ball bingo fan but Bingo Flash offers more 75 ball rooms. When I play there, I opt for the 75 ball rooms. The jackpots are pretty good and I happened to catch the BOGOF special.
The nickel bingo room had a free card special of buy 20, get 10 free. The prize was $5,000. I gave it a shot but no luck. It was quite sad actually. I was close so many times and number 44 let me down repeatedly. That darn number 44 and I are enemies from here on out.
When all else fails, I start gambling on the slots! I made a small deposit to get things going. There’s nothing worse than playing slots with a small bankroll. It tends to cause you to make bad decisions. At least I do. Anyway, I began with Get Cracking. That’s a nine line Parlay Entertainment slot game that has horrible bonuses but great line pays.
There are two bonus games on Get Cracking. The Sizzling Bonus is where you choose 3 eggs which are cracked into a frying pan. The contents are your prize. That pays virtually nothing. If there was an option to pass, I would use it. The other bonus requires you to shoot a sling shot at some chickens. Each chicken bears a different prize. If the chicken moves out of the way, game over. Well, that chicken always moves when it’s my turn. It’s like I want to whack it in the head just for revenge. They can keep the prize.
It was a day of breaking even and high blood pressure. Have you played Get Cracking?

My Friend Gryphon's Gold
Since we had such a good time gambling a few nights ago, my husband and I decided to give the land casino one more shot. With a plan to take things slow, I watched him play for a while. He hit bonus after bonus on Mystical Princess. This is a 3D slot that I was not really of fan of. Well, we’re both fans now. I’ll have to find out if I can play this slot at any online casinos. The bonuses just kept popping. Each time he won 15 free spins. The minimum bet wasn’t cutting it since it just kept paying. I suggested that he raise his wager. As soon as he did the bonuses continued to hit. We almost thought the machine was broken. He began with a tenner and after he won £120 we decided to stop for a break.
We had a drink and a meal and talked about our day. The conversation was great but as soon as we finished we hit the slots. Now it was MY turn. I took £40 to see what I could do. My husband went right back to Mystical Princess and I hit my faithful Gryphon’s Gold slot machine. As I walked toward it there was a woman walking by the slots and I was praying that she wouldn’t sit down as Gryphons. Luckily she didn’t and she sat at the slot game next to it. I put £20 in the machine. Within 5 spins, I hit the free spin bonus. It retriggered so many times that I just sat there and watched for what felt like eternity. It was awesome! The woman next to me was whispering to her husband and her daughter. They were all staring at my machine. She had to be kicking herself for not choosing that one. By the end of it I had 225 free spins and won over £350! I started looking around for my husband and he had a sad look on his face. Apparently he wasn’t doing well. I just smiled and couldn’t wait to surprise him with the cash.
I had a few more spins and got Gryphons Gold up to £560. I cashed that out and went over to my husband. He was sitting at the only other Gryphons Gold Machine in the casino. A similar thing happened to him and he ended up cashing out £360. I tried my best to hide the fact that I won but he could tell that I was beaming inside.
We’re definitely going to take a break and enjoy the wins. Would you risk going back or hold on to your cash?

Out and About
Out and about with the hubby all morning led to some fun and exciting activities. I have a very short attention span so it takes quite a bit to keep me entertained. I suppose that is why I am so attracted to gambling. We got quite a bit done and even had time to try out a brand new coffee shop in town. It is no Starbucks though. You can’t beat the caramel Frappuccino! As we are sitting outside enjoying the gorgeous weather and sipping our coffee, we spot a foot spa that specializes in those fish pedicures. This was new and definitely exciting to me so off we went. The fish tickle your feet but you get used to it after about 5 minutes or so. My husband describes it as a “fizzy” feeling. Anyway, after our hour of pampering we weren’t quite ready to go home. I talked him into spending a few quid at the local casino.
We took just £20 each and agreed that if it ran out, we would leave. We hit the slots. My absolute favorite is Gryphon’s Gold. I can’t get enough of that slot game. It features free spins and when they really get going they pay out extremely well. I have won £500 - £600 on that slot machine. I paced myself with my allotted cash but he obviously did not because he was standing over me within 5 minutes. He spent a tenner on two separate machines but couldn’t do much. I, on the other hand, was winning. I was up £30. He pulled up a chair and sat next to me for a while. I managed to build up a nice little bankroll of £120.
The woman at the spa had recommended a quaint little Italian restaurant. I think we may try it tonight and if there’s any leftover it’s all his to play online poker at the online casino of his choice.

Gambling Finds Us Where Ever We Go
My husband and I had a wonderful day of relaxation in a beautiful seaside town. The sun was shining and we were surrounded by the smell of sea air. We stopped at a win bar for Sangria. The red Sangria seemed to be most popular so we ordered a jug of that. When the jug came out we were in shock. It was massive for just the two of us. Needless to say, we couldn’t get through it. We walked on and browsed in various little shops. I ran over each time I saw jewelry in the window. I took a dip in the ocean as my husband held my purse.
He spotted a shop full of games. It’s amazing how gambling finds us. You know those games where you drop in coins and cross your fingers that prizes will spill over the edge? He spent all his change on that and some sort of lever game where he tried to grab cash. No luck there for us. As unlucky as we were on those silly games, we noticed and over 18 area with slot machines crammed in this tiny area. How could we resist? It was a welcomed change from being cooped up inside playing on some online casino.
We each decided to play £10. We sat next to each other and started spinning. It wasn’t long before I had lost my tenner but my hubby was still going strong. He was on his way to winning back all the change he spent on those push games. The end result was a nice little win of £60.
We went on a nice romantic boat ride and ended the evening with the worst dinner imaginable. An Italian restaurant came highly recommended by a local so of course we took a chance. Despite the bad food, we had a lovely day.
Where is the oddest place or time that gambling found you?

Not a Fan of Chieftains
I heard that one of my favorite online casinos, Jackpot Party, has launched a brand new slot game called Chieftains. I couldn’t wait to check it out. I get emails periodically when there are specials or new games. As a slot lover, I had to get to gambling immediately.
Here’s the skinny on Chieftains. It’s 5 reels/30 pay lines with a minimum bet of 30p per spin and a max of £150 per spin. £5 per line is a little steep for me especially when I am unfamiliar with a slot game. Chieftains has an Incan warrior theme. The symbols are avocados, chili peppers, Incan masks and buildings, cocoa beans, corn, scorpions and cheetahs. Scattered Chieftain heads are considered wilds and also trigger the free spins. You can win up to 50 free spins and also have a shot at re-triggering with two additional Chieftain heads during spins.
At first glance this slot game looks very old school. It’s not what I would expect to see on a new slot release. The graphics are nothing fancy and leave quite a bit to be desired for the player. I took a few spins and was so unimpressed. I absolutely love WMS software so I opted to give Chieftains a chance.
I stuck with a bet of 90p per spin and see how it goes. I was not about to spend any more than £20 on Chieftains. I was down to almost £5 and I had wished I won something but in a way I was glad to get through this twenty and get off this game. I continued to play through budgeted cash. I was determined to get those free spins. I had £2 left and hit the free spin bonus! The result? 5 spins and a prize of £1.80.
I am not loving this slot game. Are you a Chieftains lover?

Poker Time
Quiet is one of those things that I cherish most. I can’t wait to sit down, take a breath and listen to quiet. Quiet that is so peaceful that I can feel my eyes getting heavy. No sleeping for me! Quiet time is poker time! One of the games I like to play is Jacks or Better when I play poker at an online casino. My wager was £5 per hand but only one hand at a time.
The Royal Flush was worth £4,000. Of course I kept that in mind as my ultimate goal. I began to think about all the things I could do with that cash. My hubby and I would go on a tropical vacation and sip cocktails on a beach somewhere all thanks to this gambling session. I hit some small wins back and forth but nothing really substantial.
I noticed a poker tournament was coming up. I have never been involved in a poker tournament before. They make me nervous because my skills are probably not as advanced as some of these players I would be up against. It’s such a shame that the issues in the US have affected the poker sites I loved most. I certainly believe in the right for Americans to spend their money in the way they want but these poker sites should have followed the rules, period. They have no one to blame but themselves for losing their licenses etc. I was reading about the issues at Full Tilt recently. There’s a number of players whose cash is inaccessible at the moment. I believe that it is just a matter of time before players will be able to access their funds.
All this runs through my mind as I’m playing poker. As far as my game, I was no closer to the 4 grand than before I began. As for this session, the best I could do was a flush for 30 quid.

Screwball Bingo
My mother in law absolutely loves to gamble especially when it comes to bingo. She won a game and was given an entry into the “All Winners” game. Let me back up…. There’s a promo right now called the Gala’s 2011 Ultimate Bingo Champion. It includes various qualifying rounds of bingo. To begin with, my mother in law won a spot to enter the next round. From there, winners of round one play the silver All Winners game. Gala offers this promotion at their online casino as well as their land based clubs. Next she plays in the silver round. This takes you to Bristol to compete against the winners of the first gold round. From there, I believe the winner goes to Gibraltar. The winner in Gibraltar is named the Gala’s 2011 Bingo Champion.
Anyway, winners of round one receive an envelope that has a unique serial number and includes the dates when the next round is to be played. Well, she lost this envelope. She went crazy looking everywhere for it. See, she is very forgetful and would lose her head if it wasn’t attached. She called me frantic and all in a tizzy so I helped her look because she was so upset. Together we tore her house apart looking for this thing. Afterward, I just assumed that she had thrown in out by mistake. Not her though. She assumed that someone had stolen it. I just looked at her in awe. That’s absolutely ridiculous. She was going on about how one of her bingo buddies would definitely have taken it if she had invited her over for tea. Luckily that friend hadn’t been in the house.
After we put her house back in order, I was on my way out. In the coat closet, there it was on a shelf. The envelope! Apparently she had stuck it in the closet to keep it safe. Very effective is I do say so myself.
