Jackpotjoy Bingo has released a brand new slot game recently, Barnyard Bonanza. Slots are not just for online casinos. Barnyard Bonanza is a 20 line slot game. The symbols are all farms animals, veggies and farm equipment. Three bonus symbols triggers a bonus game. To my surprise there were three options. You must choose one of three farms to visit. You then play the corresponding bonus game.

I started off with £1 per spin. I wasn’t getting anywhere so I took a chance and raised my bet to £2 to see if I could do any better. Finally, a bonus! I selected the chicken farm. I was prompted to choose a chicken to reveal the eggs. The select an egg but be careful not to hatch the snake. I made it through with 3 chickens until finally the snake appeared. I did manage to win £22 during the bonus.

I was really interested in the free spins bonus. I was hoping I could win some real cash there. So far I really liked the game. If was cute and probably not the sort of thing my husband would like to play. I had some nice payouts on the reels and before I knew it I hit the bonus again. This time I visited the sheep. I had to pick a dog to chase the sheep into the pen.  Then I had to shear the sheep without revealing the big bad wolf. I won £38 on that round.

The Spice of Life

I had a day to myself and wanted to get out for a little while.  Where to go? It was free bingo day over at Gala so I headed over. Somehow I spent £16.50 on tickets when they were supposed to be free. The catch was I purchased 33 tickets and played all the goodies that they had rather than just the free book. I went the electronic route and have really learned to love it.

As bingo was about to begin I spotted some people that I knew. I ran over said my hellos and got settled in for the game. My husband was texting me wondering where I was. I didn’t want to hover over him as he played so I went about my business and every once in a while I would hear him laugh or say “that’s so awesome”. After a while I didn’t hear anymore laughing and giggling. It sounded like Ferris Bueller’s Day Off wasn’t so awesome anymore. He had blown through his entire bankroll without a single bonus round. The line pays are also not so great.

In reality, the only awesome thing about this slot is the fact that it’s based on a great classic 80’s movie. Feeling bad for turning him onto that one, I showed him Braveheart and all was right with the world again.

Those Halloweenies are Hallow-meanies!

It’s October and I don’t know about you but it’s all about Halloween for me. The Halloween themed slots are awesome now. Actually they are not all specifically Halloween but they have spooky themes. Some of my favorites are Halloweenies, Bitten, Blood Suckers, Twins of Evil and Trick or Treat. My house is covered in spiders, pumpkins and witches.
